The perfect place to see most of the sports and feel the energy of the transition zone! Perched on the spectator terrace, you can watch the brave skiers. The 360-degree view also gives you the opportunity to see part of the ice rink and the running course.

In addition to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing on the hills of the Plains of Abraham, some amateurs would quickly build wooden structures for ski jumping—both at Martello Tower 1, beginning in 1910, and on the Citadelle slope facing Old Quebec in the 1920s. The daredevils got their money’s worth!
