Course
Your registration includes:
- Participation in the race, race bib, and coaching;

Good to know:
- Minimum age: none
- Untimed challenge
- Supporters: two people allowed per team or per person in a wheelchair
- Sports disciplines: it is not mandatory to do all five sports disciplines
- Course: the number of laps is suggested, but can be adapted for each participant
- Team members: it is possible to do the challenge as a relay, or to have several team members per sports discipline
- Cut-off: 2 hours after the start
- Pick up your race bibs: Saturday, February 14 – Between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the tent
- Pick up your souvenir hat: La Cordée store in Quebec City, upon presentation of proof of registration
- Transition area open: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Conviviality Trophy
Fun is winning! And the more fun you have, the more likely you are to win. That’s right! A conviviality trophy is awarded to participating teams with the best costumes that bring joy to the event. The public is asked to vote for the winning team, which receives a free entry to the challenge of its choice for the next edition (except for the Corporate and School Challenges).
