For the Family and Friends Challenge, at least 3 children (14 and under) must make up the team. In addition to the 5 team participants, you can invite 2 special chaperones who can be with your team in the transition zone or on the course to accompany the children.

Who will complete which discipline? How many laps for each sport? The formula can be adapted to your reality! The children of the team can take part in each discipline and can complete as many laps as they wish. The important thing is to do it in a fun way! Dress up and have fun! The team that contributes the most to the party will win the Family and Friends Challenge Conviviality Trophy!

All children who participate in the Family and Friends Challenge will receive a participation medal. No podium; everyone wins! The youngest participant in history was 19 months and 19 days old. Will we set a new record this year?
